Affiliate / Partner Policy

1. Introduction
This Affiliate and Partner Program Policy (“Policy”) governs the participation of individuals or entities (“Affiliates” or “Partners”) in the Wealth Drive affiliate and referral programs. By enrolling in our program, you agree to comply with all terms outlined herein.

2. Eligibility
To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Participation by minors or unauthorized entities is strictly prohibited.

3. Affiliate Obligations
Affiliates must:

  • Promote Wealth Drive honestly, accurately, and in compliance with applicable laws.

  • Not engage in deceptive marketing, spamming, or misrepresentation of earnings potential.

  • Avoid any activity that could damage Wealth Drive’s reputation or violate our security measures.

4. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are prohibited from:

  • Misusing promotional materials, including altering content or using unauthorized trademarks.

  • Engaging in click fraud, fake leads, or any artificial means of inflating referral numbers.

  • Targeting minors, government employees, or individuals in jurisdictions where promotion is illegal.

5. Commission & Payment

  • Commissions will be calculated based on valid, verified referrals only.

  • Wealth Drive reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or revoke commissions in cases of fraud, policy violation, or chargebacks.

  • Payment schedules and methods are subject to Wealth Drive’s discretion and may change at any time with prior notice.

6. Termination
Wealth Drive reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account for breach of this Policy or fraudulent activity, with or without prior notice. Termination may result in forfeiture of pending commissions.

7. Limitation of Liability
Wealth Drive is not responsible for any loss, damage, or liability arising from affiliate activities or third-party claims. Affiliates assume full responsibility for compliance with local laws and tax obligations.

8. Amendments
Wealth Drive may modify this Policy at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
